When you're operating in a crowded market, your site needed to have immediate appeal to your ideal clients. State 11 needed a website that would rank well on Google and make a largely female client base feel comfortable seeing a male therapist. Other requirements included managing their online booking processes to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
CTS also manage State 11's social media.
CTS created the site from the ground up, including implementing booking software and copywriting the booking, reminder and follow-up emails.
The end results speak for themselves. The site tops Google for certain local search queries, including "best sports massage in Spalding", is in the top three for many other relevant searches, and is used in Google's "featured snippets" results.
Social media interaction is high, with 1.7K followers on Facebook, and over 400 five star reviews across Google, Facebook and Trustpilot.
